Return Customer Program:
All returning Se_Ku customers recieve a 10% discount on orders, whether ordering through the website, phone or at live events. This discount is applied at time of credit card processing, as it is not possible at the time an order is placed on the website.

Delivery:
All standard Continental US orders are shipped via UPS per customer direction. If the item(s) is in stock, we ship the smae day or next day from placement of order. If the item(s) need to be made, our delivery time depends on the item. You will bo contacted within one businees day regarding expected time of delivery once an order is placed.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
We will price sending your order via US Post and contact you with that cost. Charges are not put through at time of order so not not worry if the shipping costs that are quoted by the website. We will contact you with the most econmoical method of shipping.

PLEASE NOTE:

Returns and Exchanges:
If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us in it's original condition and packaging within 15 days of purchase for an exchange or refund [restrictions may apply].
